CMFlix gives you the opportunity to reset your pass word both on the mobile app and on the web platform. To do this, launch the app, while on the sign in page, click on the forgot password option. You will be navigated to a page where your email is required. A link will be sent to that email with instructions to reset your password.

Take note, the email required here is the email you used to register the account you want to reset password for. If this is not respected, we will not be able to match that email to any registered account and the reset will not work.

When creating a password, make sure it is strong, unique and easy to remember. Try not to use a password that is already functional on other platforms, also avoid using your phone numbers and date of birth.
